The Claremont colleges

I have looked at a couple of  the smaller regional college consortiums- the CBB colleges, the Ohio5 and  Great lakes schools, this is a good time to look at the  most prominent college consortium- Claremont,
a consortium of five undergraduate liberal arts colleges, two graduate institutions. The undergraduate colleges include Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, and Pitzer College. The two graduate institutions include Claremont Graduate University and Keck Graduate Institute. Each academic institution has its own campus, its own students and faculty, and its own distinctive mission.
Each institution offers  small, highly interactive classes , rigorous academic curricula, highly rerouted faculty and a  deeply personal  individual experience.  In total Claremont has 7700 students and  3600 faculty.  The consortium   offers students over 2000 courses.
